Cancellations can be requested via our customer service team. We make cancellation requests on a best efforts basis with the manufacturers. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible so that we may try to stop your order from shipping.
This policy went into effect on orders placed on or after 3/1/2012.

Please note, refunds for cancelled products cannot exceed the originally charged amount.
Credit will only be processed once your cancellation request is confirmed by the manufacturer.
Please note that it is not always possible to stop an order from shipping, even if you request to cancel the same day an order was placed. We will do all we can to stop the order, but if it should ship, and you receive it, just let us know and we'll start the return process. Prepaid return shipping labels will be issued and once the item is received back at the warehouse, full credit will be issued.
