Didn't like your purchase once you received it? We've got that covered too! We offer a full 30 days to decide if the item won't work out.* We pay 100% of the return shipping fees to send it back and there are NO restocking fees. All we ask is that the item not be installed/altered and it's in original packaging.
Labels are issued within 5-7 days of your return request so you won’t have to pay for any return shipping costs and there are No restocking fees. The prepaid shipping labels are sent via email so they are quick and easy to print out. Simply seal up the original packaging and put the label on the box. Then drop the package off at the nearest UPS center. Once it’s received at the warehouse we'll issue 100% credit back to you within 48 hours of inspection!
The return process is made easy by our brief return request form. Simply fill it out and one of our customer service representatives will process your request. An RGA (Return Authorization) number and a prepaid shipping label will be issued to you. Both will be valid for 30 days, so there is no rush on your end!

If anything arrives and it's broken, defective, or incorrect, just let us know and we will ship a free of charge replacement to you. If the original item needs to be returned, we'll send labels for the return with UPS/FedEx.
