We pay ALL shipping fees to get the product to you so you have a chance to check it out and decide if you like it.

Didn't like your purchase once you received it? We've got you covered! We offer you a full 30 days to decide if the item is right for you.
There are NO restocking
fees.
Here are all the specifications:
- The item must not be installed or altered and must be in its original packaging
- Labels are issued between 5 - 7 days of a return request.
- To submit a return request, please complete our Return Request Form
- The prepaid shipping labels are sent via email so they are quick and easy to print out.
- An RGA (Return Authorization) number AND a prepaid shipping label will be issued to you.
- Both will be valid for 30 days, so there is no rush on your end!
- Remember, there are NO restocking fees.
The rest is simple!
- Seal up the original packaging and put the label on the box.
- Drop the package off at the nearest FedEx center.
- Once it’s received at the warehouse, we'll issue 100% credit back to you within 48 hours of inspection!
Need a Replacement? Don't Worry!
If anything arrives broken, defective, or incorrect just let us know. We will ship a replacement to you free of charge. If the original item needs to be returned, we'll send labels for the return through FedEx.

HATE THE WAIT?
You'll love our exclusive quick delivery incentives. There are three different delivery incentives depending on each brand and value of the order.
But first, lets get to the specifics (they apply to each delivery incentive):
- Offer applies to new orders only. Replacement orders are not eligible for the quick delivery credit.
- Credit is issued on a per order basis, not per item.
- Order placed using PriceWaiter are not eligible for the quick delivery credit.
- If an item is found to be Back-Ordered or Out-of-Stock at the time of purchase, you still get the credit if you can wait for the item. Please go to our Customer Helpdesk
- If you choose to cancel the order, the quick delivery credit will not apply.
- Our special delivery incentives are calculated based upon a 10:00AM PST order cut-off.
- All orders placed after 10:00am are considered placed the following business day for calculation purposes. See specific incentives for examples.
- Holidays and weekends are not counted as business days.
- Due to holiday schedules of parcel companies and warehouse closures, we cannot guarantee delivery times from December 21st through January 2nd.
- Orders will still be processed and shipped, and you will receive them as quickly as possible.
- At this time, the quick delivery credit does not apply to any freight shipments or shipments outside of the US - we do not ship into Canada or internationally.
1 Week Delivery or We Pay You $50
If you don't receive your order in 1 week or less, we'll give you $50! If the item is out of stock, patience pays. We'll give you the same $50 credit if you can wait for the item. We're
the only retailer that pays you if we're late or we make you wait!

- Credit is maxed at $50 or the total value of your order, whichever is reached first.
- Credit is issued on a per order basis, not per item.
- All orders placed after 10:00am are considered placed the following business day for calculation purposes. Here's an example:
- An order placed on Monday at 10:30am would be guaranteed to arrive the following Tuesday.
But, an order placed at 9:30am on a Monday would be guaranteed to arrive the following Monday.
- If an order is placed after 10:00am on a Friday or over the weekend, the 1 Week Delivery Incentive starts the following Monday (to arrive the following Monday).
- Holidays and weekends are not counted as business days.
- At this time, the delivery credit is not offered on orders shipped via Freight truck or shipments outside of the US.
- This policy is in effect on orders placed on or after 3/1/2012.

2 Day Delivery or We Pay You $30

In today’s economy it’s easy to be skeptical of a product’s quality, especially when buying online. We want you to be as confident in our products
as we are, that's why we are the only retailer to offer Free Product Insurance on everything we sell!
If a product ever malfunctions or stops working while you own it, just let us know and we’ll replace it at no charge to you.
The Fine Print
- Product Insurance applies to all fixtures purchased on or after 3/1/2012.
- We will not honor any claim for improperly installed fixture(s) or when modifications outside the manufacturer's warranty have been made.
- No charge backs or charges
for labor or materials will be honored.
- The lifetime warranty does not apply on orders over $5,000.

We know you have a lot of options when shopping for your light, that's why we are the only seller to offer Price Insurance. If you find a lower price out there, just let us know and we'll match it! We crush prices all year long!
This applies even after your order is place! If you find a lower price within 2 weeks of your order, we'll still match it.
Fine Print
- This policy is in effect on orders placed on or after 3/1/2012.
- This price insurance policy applied to all products sold on our website over $200.
- The item must be identical
- Items placed under this policy must be in stock and available for purchase at a lower price from a company located in the United States.
- The seller must be authorized in the United States to sell the product.
- This excludes any auction type websites, e.g., eBay.com, Amazon.com, Jet.com, Overstock.com, Internet Auction, wholesale or Factory Direct type internet sites, WebStores123.com, HomeCenter.com and NovaLighting.com.
- Any product marked with a Sale Tag on our site may be a clearance item and potentially not eligible for our price insurance policy.
If you find a Sale item for a lower price, please give us a call so that we may check with the manufacturer for closeout/clearance status.
- Clearance and closeout items are excluded from this policy.
- Competitor coupons cannot be combined with our price insurance policy.
- Low Price Guarantee does not apply to quotes given by brick and mortar or department stores.
