You may have ordered a product from us or one of our competitors; as long as you can locate it on our website, we can help you with replacing parts you may need. We do our best to get back to every request within 24 business hours.

• $50 minimum on all parts orders.
• Parts are only available for the following brands: Craftmade, Elk, ET2, Hinkley, Kichler, Lite Source, Murray Feiss, Monte Carlo, Maxim, Progress, and Seagull.
• No parts for fixtures that are NOT currently on our site (this means we will need a valid item number for the fixture that requires parts).
• No hardware for fixtures (ie. brackets, nuts/bolts, etc).
• If you have purchased from us within the past 30 days, and you have a part that was damaged in shipment or arrived defective, please contact customer service (sales@lightingdesignexperts.com or 1-855-300-9231).
